In view of the notification No.1078/G-4/Genl./DHC dated 6th July, 2016 the matters listed for 8th July, 2016 have been taken up today. 2.

Learned counsel for the parties state that parties have entered into a settlement. Mr. Ashok Kumar Gupta the respondent who is present in Court and is identified by the counsel states that he had filed the complaint, summoning order whereof has been challenged in the present petition. Mr. Ashok Kumar Gupta further states that he would be withdrawing the complaint filed by him on 13th July, 2016 before the learned Trial Court and in this regard he has already filed an application. Learned counsel for the petitioner thus seeks to withdraw the present petition in view of the statement made by the complainant.

Petition is thus dismissed as withdrawn.
