% 13.01.2017 EA (OS) 190/2015 and EX.P. 156/2013 Learned counsel for DH has supplied copy of the Execution Petition to learned counsel for LRs of JD No.3 and he submits that copy of EA will also be supplied.

As per the decision taken in the meeting of Hon'ble Judges (Original Side) held on 20.10.2016 and approved by Hon'ble the chief Justice on 17.11.2016, the EX.P. is transferred to the District Court as the amount involved is less than Rs.2crores. The address of the JDs lie within the jurisdiction of different States. Learned counsel for DH submits that property number D1/207, Lajpat Nagar has already been attached and therefore, the matter may be transferred to District South East, Saket Court.
