% 08.08.2016 CS(OS) 974/2010 The case file has been received pursuant to order dated 22.07.2016 of learned Registrar (Original) on the basis of order dated 08.07.2016 of learned District and Sessions Judge (West), whereby present matter was sent back to this Court as per notification no.5456/DHC/Orgl/2016 dated 28.04.2016.

However as per instructions received from learned Registrar General conveyed through learned Registrar (Original), only IPR matters covered as per the said notification, are to be retained in this Court. The present matter is a non IPR matter and hence is to be transferred to concerned District Court having pecuniary and territorial jurisdiction. In view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. Dated 24.11.2015, the present matter stands transferred. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge, West District, Tis Hazari Court Complex, Delhi on 06.09.2016 at 10.00 a.m.
