The present application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeks the following prayers: "a) Allow the present application seeking modification/alteration of the order dated 26.11.2024, whereby the petitioner was granted bail, in the interest of justice.
b) Modify/alter condition no. (v) of the bail order dated 26.11.2024, permitting the applicant to appear before the Investigating Officer once a month instead of once a week.
Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted." 4.

aforesaid direction in para-15(v) of the order dated 26.11.2024, the latter has been complying with the conditions.

In view of the averments made in the application and in the interest of justice, the condition in para-15(v) of order dated 26.11.2024, i.e., "Petitioner will mark presence physically before the concerned I.O. every Friday at 4 p.m., and will be not kept waiting for more than an hour" is modified to the extent that the "Petitioner will mark presence physically before the concerned I.O. on 2nd Friday of every month at 4 p.m., and will not be kept waiting for more than an hour."

The order dated 26.11.2024, is modified to the aforesaid extent only. 10.
The application is allowed and disposed of.
