The present petition under Section 24 read with Section 151 of the CPC, seeks the following prayers:- "i. Allow the present transfer petition and thereby transferring the divorce petition so filed by the Respondent bearing HMA No. 2180/2022 titled as Vikas Singh Vs. Anjali Jayant @Laxmi pending adjudication in the Court of Ms. Sarita Birbal, Principal Judge Family Court, Shahdara, Karkardooma Courts, New Delhi to the court of Hon'ble Principal Judge, Family Court, North District, Rohini Courts, Delhi.

ii. Any other or further orders as the Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper may also be passed in favor of the petitioner and against the respondent."

In view of the above, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties, HMA No. 2180/2022 titled as Vikas Singh Vs. Anjali Jayant @Laxmi pending before the Court of Ms. Sarita Birbal, learned Principal Judge Family Court, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts, New Delhi, is transferred to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, North District, Rohini Courts, Delhi. Let the records of the said petition be transferred to the concerned Court within a period of 10 days. Parties are directed to appear before the concerned Court accordingly. 5.

Needless to state, the said petition shall proceed from the stage it is being transferred.

With the aforesaid direction, the present petition is disposed of. 7.

Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of accordingly. 8.

Copy of this order be sent to the learned Principal Judge Family Court, Shahdara, Karkardooma Courts, New Delhi as well as the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, North District, Rohini Courts, Delhi, for necessary information and compliance.
