DJB/Respondent has now passed a speaking order in alleged compliance of this court's order dated 12.09.2019. Petitioners cannot re-agitate the issue by filing this application. In case, they are aggrieved by the order of the Director, DJB liberty has already been granted to them to take steps to challenge the same as per law.
