CRL.M.A. 31469/2024 Application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ('BNSS') has been preferred on behalf of petitioners for condonation of delay of 47 days in re-filing the petition. For the reasons stated in the application, delay of 47 days in re-filing the petition is condoned.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to file afresh, along with consent / settlement, if any, with respondent No. 2. 4.
