The petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 83 of 2016 under Sections 354-D/506 of the IPC Police Station Hauz Qazi, New Delhi, based on a settlement.
2.
The parties are neighbours. It is contended that with the intervention of friends and well-wishers of the parties, the parties have settled their disputes.
