% 15.12.2025 AR of the plaintiff was exempted from appearing as a sole witness vide order of the Hon'ble Court dated 15.09.2025 and the suit was decreed on the same date by the Hon'ble Court, the matter was listed before the JR w.r.t the assessment of bill of costs filed on behalf of plaintiff, now the invoices to the tune of Rs. 9,86,933/- has been filed on behalf of plaintiff, however, in the memo of costs the amount of Rs. 9,99,000/- has been mentioned.

Acting in the capacity as the taxation officer, I was to determine the costs incurred by the plaintiff in this suit. In the light of the various directions passed by the undersigned, the plaintiff had filed the memo of costs. They were perused, whereby the claim of the plaintiff seeking the costs @ Rs. 9,86,933/- (Rupees Nine lakhs, eighty six thousand, nine hundred and thirty three only) appears to be reasonable and justified.
