O R D E R

% 28.09.2018 After some arguments, learned counsel for the parties are agreed that this petition can be disposed of as there is no dispute as regards the existence of the arbitration agreement as between them based on the following agreed directions:

(i) Mr. Birender Singh, former District and Sessions Judge (Phone No.: 011-43536722) is appointed as Arbitrator in the matter. (ii) The arbitration proceedings will be governed by the Rules and fees prescribed qua arbitration proceedings conducted under the aegis of Delhi International Arbitration Centre.

Needless to say, the Arbitrator would proceed in the matter after making disclosures as required under Section 12 read with the accompanying Schedule appended to the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
