The appellant moves this review petition seeking review of the order dated 21.10.2024, whereby the above captioned appeal was dismissed. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the applicant/appellant seeks to reagitate the appeal. He submits that the order dated 21.10.2024 is erroneous and is liable to be set aside. The contentions advanced by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant do not fall within the scope of a review petition.
