% 25.02.2020 Defendant no. 1 Mr. Kapil Wadhwa, who is also authorized signatory of Defendant no.2 and constituted attorney of defendant no. 3 Mr. Sanjay Wadhwa, who filed their affidavit in terms of order of Hon'ble Court dated 03-10-2018 are present. Their statement recorded separately in regard to their affidavit filed in terms of order of Hon'ble Court dated 03-10-2018. I have gone through the affidavit of Mr. Kapil Wadhwa & Mr. Sanjay Wadhwa Ex. D-1 & D-3 respectively as well as their statement recorded today, I found that the affidavit of defendants (Ex. D-1 & D-3) are in order. Accordingly, the same are hereby accepted.

In view of statement of defendant no. 1 & constituted attorney of Defendant no. 3 namely Sanjay Wadhwa, Registry is to ensure the release the amount of Rs. 94,079/- alongwith accrued interest thereon to the Defendant no. 1 Mr. Kapil Wadhwa with due receipt and verification.
