% 27.02.2019 The present petition seeks quashing of FIR No. 498/2014. It is noticed that petition was filed by petitioner-Daulat Ram Verma through his Son - Bhupender Singh Verma.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that after framing of charge the subject petition would not be maintainable. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in so far as the petitioner no. 2 to 4 are concerned, they have independently filed their petition impugning order on charge and accordingly seek leave to withdraw the petition reserving their rights to impugn the order on charge.

In view of the above, the petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
