% 24.05.2018 It is contended by the learned counsel for the respondent / SDMC that respondent no.4 has filed an appeal before the ATMCD, where the proceedings are still pending.

The learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the writ petition to enable him to seek intervention in the appeal filed by respondent no.4. If an application is filed, the same shall be favourably considered by the Appellate Tribunal only for the purpose of intervention. In other words, petitioner shall only intervene for the purpose of oral and written arguments. The petition and the connected applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
