The Petitioner has sought further investigations in FIR No. 1727/2015 under Section 323/354-B/506/509/452/34 IPC and Section 3(1) (X) and (XI) of the SC/ST Act (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 registered at Police Station Malviya Nagar, Delhi.

It is submitted on behalf of the State that the Charge-Sheet was filed in the year 2016 and the evidence is being recorded and Application was filed in the year 2024 for further investigations, which has been denied by the learned ASJ.

The Petition along with the Application is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.
