This is a petition seeking direction to the respondent No. 1 to take all steps to safeguard and protect petitioner's fundamental rights of life and liberty, and to ensure that no physical harm is caused to the petitioner by the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 or their agents. In addition, the petitioner has also sought disposal of his complaint dated 12.10.2024.

Mr. Ansari, learned ASC has handed over a status report stating that the CCTV footage dated 11.10.2024 has already been preserved and as regards the incidents dated 10.10.2024 and 11.10.2024 are concerned, the same have also been duly enquired into.

enshrined under Articles 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India are adequately safeguarded of every citizen of this country and the petitioner is no exception.

The respondent No. 1 has already sensitised the Beat Officer of Paschim Vihar (West), who will answer the call of the petitioner immediately and take appropriate action. In addition, there will be regular beats visits at the factory premises as deemed fit and proper by the respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

With these observations and binding the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to the statement of Mr. Ansari, learned ASC, the petition is disposed of 6.
The petitioner is at liberty to revive the petition and / or file any other petition in accordance with law, if the cause of action so arises. 7.
The complaint dated 12.10.2024 will be looked into by the ACP of the concerned area and he will provide a copy of the outcome of the inquiry to the petitioner.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 9.
