This petition has been filed seeking protection for the petitioners who are a newly married couple and are being harassed by the respondent No.4, the father of the petitioner No.2/wife.

They had filed a complaint on 08th October, 2024 to the DCP and the SHO, Nand Nagri, however, they are still facing threats from the respondent No.4.

Both the petitioners are present in the Court. As per the Aadhar Card, they are both major in age.

Accordingly, counsel for the State shall give the numbers of the SHO or Beat Constable of the PS Nand Nagri for them to contact in case any threat is perceived.
