This is a joint application filed on behalf of the parties, inter alia, praying that the time for making the award be extended by a further period of six months from 26.03.2018. It is stated that the Arbitral proceedings are at the stage of final arguments.

In this view, the application is allowed and the time for making the arbitral award is extended for a further period of six months with effect from 26.03.2018 to 26.09.2018.
