Learned counsel for the respondents states that the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous in view of the order dated 05.03.2018 issued by the respondents/Assistant Inspector General, CISF, amending the Transfer Order dated 17.02.2018 and posting the petitioner to CGBS, New Delhi.

A copy of the order dated 05.03.2018 is handed over by the learned counsel for the respondents and is taken on record. Another copy of the said order has been furnished to learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the fresh Transfer Order dated 05.03.2018, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present matter, which is accordingly disposed of alongwith the pending application.
