Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.1 has recommended allotment of plot to the legal heirs of another co-owner Khushi Ram vide order dated 27th December, 2013. Relevant portion of the order has been reproduced in para 7 of the application. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner's case be reconsidered by the department.

The application is allowed. Let the copy of this writ petition as well as C.M. Appl. 11674/2015 be treated as petitioner's representation and the same be considered by the Committee within a period of six weeks from today.
The Committee shall afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner before taking the decision. The Committee shall pass a speaking
order which shall be communicated to the petitioner within 15 days of taking the decision.

The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. If the petitioner is not satisfied with the decision of the Committee, the petitioner is at liberty to avail appropriate legal remedies available to him in accordance with law. 4.
Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signatures of the Court Master.
