Mr.Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the petitioner has not moved a representation to any of the authorities and therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to move a representation or take appropriate steps, as may be permissible under law. Liberty as prayed for is granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The pending application also stands disposed of.
