% 06.03.2017 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably vide compromise deed dated 3rd February, 2017, therefore, FIR No.756/2014 under Sections 323/356/379/427/452/34 IPC registered at police station Dwarka North may be quashed. Respondent no.2 is complainant and petitioner is accused. Petitioner and respondent no.2 are related to each other.
Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by ASI Banwari Lal PS Dwarka North. Respondent no.2 submits that he has settled the matter with petitioner of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. He further submits that FIR may be quashed in view of the settlement.
Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the family members, in the interest of justice, FIR No.756/2014 under Sections 323/356/379/427/452/34 IPC registered at police station Dwarka North is quashed.
Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
