None is present on behalf of the Petitioners. 2.

The present Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners against the Indian Airlines Ltd. 3.

Learned counsel for the Respondents, has cited Satya Sagar and Anr. vs. Air India (AIESL), W.P. (C) No. 7908/2015 dated 01.09.2022 whereby the Co-ordinate Bench has observed that the Indian Airlines Ltd. has merged with Air India, which has been privatised and entire shareholding of Government of India in Air India, has been given to M/s Talace Pvt. Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of M/s Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.). The Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, was held to be not maintainable.

In the present case as well, the relief is against the Indian Airlines. 5.

the present Writ Petition is not maintainable, the same is hereby dismissed. 6.
