% 16.05.2018 The counsel for the petitioner submits that a Sole Arbitrator has already been appointed and has entered reference. In view of the above, the interim order dated 06.03.2018 shall continue till the next date of hearing before the Arbitrator. However, the respondents shall be at liberty to file an appropriate application before the Sole Arbitrator so appointed for seeking modification / vacation / variation of the interim order.
