% 16.05.2018 The petitioner has filed an affidavit of service which shows that the respondents have been duly served with the notice issued by this Court. None appears for the respondents.

The interim order dated 06.03.2018 shall continue for the period prescribed under Section 9(2) of the Act and within which time the petitioner must take steps to invoke the Arbitration Agreement, failing which the interim order shall stand vacated automatically. Incase the Arbitral Tribunal is duly constituted, the respondents shall be at liberty to file an application seeking modification / variation / vacation of the interim order by moving an appropriate application before the Arbitral Tribunal.
