1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner is aggrieved by the orders and conduct of the Arbitrator appointed by the Respondent. The remedy for that lies elsewhere. The Court cannot in the present petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 pass orders touching on the legality or validity or of the orders passed in the arbitration proceedings that are undergoing or about the Arbitrator so appointed.

2. Leaving it open to the Petitioner to avail other remedies that may be available to it in accordance with law, the present petition and the application are dismissed.
