W.P.(C) 3568/2018 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the show cause notice dated April 25, 2017, letter dated October 27, 2017 and a decision dated December 05, 2017. A perusal of the decision dated December 05, 2017 would reveal that the respondent has in the last
paragraph stated as under:- "If you are not satisfied with the decision of the Committee then you can come in person to the office of the undersigned on 8.12.2017 at 11 AM and submit your representation." Mr. Mehta states, pursuant thereto the petitioner had submitted a representation on December 08, 2017 itself and there is no decision on the same till date.
Ms. Mini Pushkarna, who appears for the respondent, on advance notice, concedes to the aforesaid position. She states that an order shall be passed by the respondent on the said representation by giving hearing to the petitioner by notifying date and time. The statement is taken on record. It goes without saying that the petitioner shall be at liberty to make all such submissions as are permissible on facts and in law. The petition is disposed of. It is expected that the final order shall be passed within eight weeks as an outer limit.
