No.23726/2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner, by way of this application, seeks to place on record certain documents/events; submission is that a sum of Rs.2.5 lacs has been paid as per the new policy of the Department dated 05.05.2016. Copy of this application has been furnished in advance to the learned counsel for the DDA. He has no objection to the prayer made in this application. The application is allowed. The aforenoted fact is taken on record.
W.P.(C) 3134/2010 Learned counsel for the respondent/DDA submits that the petitioner had already made a representation to the Department and the said representation along with new subsequent events shall be
considered by the Department in accordance with law and the same shall be answered within a period of six weeks from today. Needless to state that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order to be passed by the Department, he is at liberty to challenge the same. Petition disposed of in the above terms.
Date of 11.09.2017 stands cancelled.
