This is a petition filed under section 37(2) of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking to challenge the interim Order dated 23.07.2024.

Since the final Award has already been passed, the present appeal is disposed of as infructuous.

As the present appeal was only regarding the awarding of costs, the said Order has merged in the final Award dated 06.09.2025. Hence, the parties are at liberty to file appropriate proceedings regarding the same.

Mr. Ghai, learned counsel states that he shall withdraw the enforcement petition filed by the respondent.
