The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that the time for making the award be extended for a further period of four months. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection if the time for making the award is extended. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the parties state that the arguments have been heard and the Arbitral Tribunal has reserved the order for declaring the award.

In the given circumstances, it is not necessary to extend the time for making the award for a further period of four months; this Court is of the view that it is apposite to extend the time for making the award by a further

period of two months from today. It is so directed. 4.

The petition is disposed of.
