Learned counsel for the Petitioners states that the Petitioners herein have entered into a settlement agreement dated 24.01.2025 with the complainant i.e., Respondent No. 2.

He states that a quashing petition with respect to FIR No. 0338/2024, dated 09.09.2024, under Sections 318(4)/336(2)/338/340/3(5)/61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, registered at P.S. Lajpat Nagar, South-East; already been filed and the next date of hearing in the said quashing petition is 14.05.2025. He states that this settlement agreement will also be placed before the Court in the said petition.

In view of the aforesaid facts, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the petition seeks an adjournment. The Petitioners are directed to place the settlement agreement on record within two (2) weeks. 4.

Learned APP states on instructions from the Investigating Officer (I.O.) that the complainant has informed the I.O. about the settlement between the parties. He states that in these changed facts there is no imminent threat of arrest to the Petitioners. 5.
