The petitioner is challenging order dated 21st February, 2024 whereby the suit has been decreed.

The petitioner herein is the sole defendant in such Civil Suit which has been decided by the concerned Court of learned Civil Judge. 3.

Since the suit has been decreed in part, the appropriate remedy for the petitioner is to file a Regular First Appeal before a competent Court of Jurisdiction and in the present case, it would be a Court of learned District Judge.

The present petition is therefore, not maintainable and is disposed of accordingly.

Needless to say, the petitioner is always at liberty to file appeal if so advised.
