Petitioner has filed a petition seeking divorce on the ground of cruelty. 2.

The request in the present petition is merely to the effect that the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, North District, Rohini Court be requested to expedite the disposal of the aforesaid petition i.e. HMA No. 1262/19.

The case is, reportedly, at the stage of respondent's evidence. 4.

After hearing arguments, it is noticed that no special reason has been assigned by the petitioner which may compel this Court to invoke its supervisory powers under Article 227 of Constitution of India and, therefore, finding no merit or substance in the present petition, the same is dismissed. Needless to say, the petitioner would be at liberty to move appropriate application before the learned Trial Court making request of expeditious disposal and the learned Trial Court shall consider the same in accordance with law.
