Pursuant to previous order affidavit has been filed by respondent stating the circumstances under which petitioner's was removed from Gate no.4 Delhi Public Library, Sarojini Nagar Market, New Delhi. 2.

However, it has also been stated that as per Order dated 21st April 2022, petitioner was allowed to vend at shop no. 25. Sarojini Nagar Market, New Delhi, where he is currently vending and there is no hindrance from the answering respondents.

In view of affidavit and submission of respondents' counsel, this undertaking is taken on record and they are bound by the same. 4.

Petition stands disposed of in above terms.
