The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers: - "a) an enquiry may kindly be held in the above facts and circumstances and cognizance of civil contempt in accordance with the provisions of Section 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971 be taken against the respondent/contemnor for violating the Order dated 14.8.2023.
