Thus, this Court has no jurisdiction to entertain and try this suit in view of the notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 under Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015.

Learned counsel for the plaintiffs submits that suit may be transferred to the District Judge (West District), Tis Hazari Courts Complex, Delhi. Ordered accordingly.
