1. Mr. Surender Chaudhary, DCP, South West along with ACP Dr. Garima Tiwari and SHO Vinay Kumar are present in court.

2. Mr. Surender Chaudhary DCP submits that he has already sensitized the ACPs and SHOs and will also issue an advisory to all the police stations falling under his jurisdiction to ensure that in cases of registration of FIRs upon receipt of an order from the Court, the name of the learned judicial officer may not be mentioned as complainant.

3. The submission of Mr. Surender Chaudhary DCP, South West is taken on the record.

5. Taking into account the totality of facts and circumstances, the present FIR FIR no. 198/2024 registered under Section 174AIPC at PS: RK Puram and all proceedings emanating from are quashed.

6. Present petition along with all pending applications if any stands disposed of.
