% 03.08.2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute between the parties have finally been resolved by the intervention of the Mediation Centre of the Dwarka Courts.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable him to file a fresh petition seeking quashing of FIR against all the accused persons with whom settlement has been arrived at by the complainant.
