% 15.02.2017 Petitioner No. 1 is present in Court. She states that her lawyer is not appearing. She states that her husband has since passed away and, therefore, she is not in a position to pursue this petition. The first relief sought by the petitioner is for restoration of the physical possession of the property bearing No. B-357 khasra No. 106/11, Baba Enclave, Burari, Delhi, to the petitioner on the ground that he petitioner is the legal owner and was in possession of the same. The said relief, in any event, cannot be granted by this Court in these proceedings.

Mr. Akhtar states that the property has been sealed by the SDM and the proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C. are pending.

The petitioner has also sought directions for protection of her life and liberty.

Mr. Akhtar states that the petitioner shall be provided with the requisite protection.

Let the SHO, PS Burari, make an assessment of the threat perceived by the petitioner from respondent No.4 and after making the said assessment, the petitioners be provided adequate protection. The mobile phone number of SHO and beat constable of the area shall be provided to the petitioner and the calls made by the petitioners shall be responded to without any delay.
