Through the present Appeal filed under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984, the Appellant seeks to assail judgment dated 29.04.2024, passed by the learned Family Court in CS No. 85/2022. 2.

The Appellant herein is the daughter-in-law of Respondent No.1.

Pursuant to the Decree, passed in favour of Respondent No. 1, the possession has already been handed over by the Appellant to Respondent No. 1.

Learned counsel representing Respondent No. 1 submits that he has instructions not to press for recovery of the amount of mesne profit.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the decree for recovery of mesne profit, for use and occupation of the premises, is set aside.
