This application has been filed by the appellant, seeking preponement of the next date of hearing of the appeal on the ground that parties have amicably settled their disputes and have executed a Settlement Agreement dated 28.02.2025 before the Delhi High Court Conciliation and Mediation Centre.

The learned counsel for the respondents, who appears on advance notice, does not oppose the instant application. 3.

Accordingly, the appeal is listed for hearing today itself. 4.

The application stands disposed of.

The learned counsel for the respondents fairly submits that she has no objection if the Impugned Orders dated 09.02.2024 and 21.09.2024, passed by the learned Judge, Family Court-02, Shahadara District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, are set aside. She further submits that the Suit, i.e., C.S. No. 08/2022, has already been withdrawn by the respondents in terms of the Settlement Agreement.

As the parties have amicably settled their disputes and in order to ensure that there is no further acrimony between the parties, the Impugned Orders dated 09.02.2024 and 21.09.2024 are hereby set aside. The appeal is disposed of.

Accordingly, the next date of hearing, i.e., 07.05.2025, stands cancelled.
