The Petitioner in RC. REV. 291/2024 and Petitioner No.1 in RC. REV. 292/2024 are physically present in the Court today. The Petitioner No. 2 in RC. REV. 292/2024 is the brother of Petitioner No.1. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that he has instructions to withdraw the present Petitions. He, however, seeks liberty to file appropriate proceedings to challenge the title of the Respondent. 3.

Accordingly, the Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. The Petitioners are at liberty to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law to challenge the title of the Respondent. 4.

It is clarified that nothing contained in the order passed by this Court on 28.01.2025 shall prejudice either party. Both parties are at liberty to agitate their respective contentions.
