The petitioner has assailed the damages notice dated 10.07.2024 issued by the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner and damages orders dated 03.03.2023 and 28.06.2024 passed by the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner.

Learned counsel for respondent appearing on advance intimation accepts notice.

It is submitted by both sides that the present petition can be disposed of on lines similar to order dated 29.05.2024 in W.P.(C)7616/2024 since in The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the present case also, like the said earlier case, effective hearing of the appeal and stay application could not be carried out. A copy of the said order dated 29.05.2024 is annexed with the petition as Annexure P5. 5.
Accordingly, with consent of both sides, this petition is disposed of directing the early hearing of the appeal and disposal thereof or atleast disposal of the stay application within two weeks from 06.11.2024 (the date already fixed before the concerned authority). Till disposal of the stay application, operation of the impugned notice and orders shall be kept in abeyance.
