It is submitted that when the petitioner accessed the website of respondent No. 1-STF, it came to fore that the complaint dated 25.07.2024 made by the petitioner has already been forwarded by the STF to respondent-MCD for due consideration. 3.

It is submitted that petitioner is no longer aggrieved and, therefore, is not desirous of pursuing with the present writ petition. 4.

The application is allowed and, resultantly, the writ petition is disposed of as not pressed.
