After canvassing some arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks to withdraw this writ petition in view of the fact that the reliefs sought are in the nature of service matters and against Northern Railways which is notified before the Central Administrative Tribunal under Section 14 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 and in light of judgment of the Constitution Bench of the Supreme Court in L. Chandra Kumar v. Union of India and Others, (1997) 3 SCC 261.

Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty to approach the appropriate forum, in accordance with law.
