Under the facts of the present case, Mr. Yogesh Kumar, appearing on behalf of the respondent-School, on instructions, submits that there were two discrepancies in the documents submitted by the petitioner. He also submits that one has been rectified by the petitioner and the second has been waived by the Directorate of Education.

In view of the aforesaid, he submits that the respondent- School shall confirm the admission granted to the petitioner. 3.
