The present petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate order/direction to the respondents to expedite the consideration of the representation dated 24.06.2024 made before the Director General, Indo Tibetan Border Police, (in short, 'ITBP') Force through Assistant Commandant, C COY, 33 BN ITBP Force.
