Application has been moved by the petitioner seeking early hearing of the writ petition in question.

He is aggrieved by the manner in which the joint account of the petitioner and respondent No.2 has been freezed/blocked by the concerned Bank. 3.
After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions, submits that he does not press the petition. He, therefore, without prejudice to his rights and contentions seeks permission to withdraw the same with liberty to take other action, as permissible under law, including filing appropriate civil suit.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of as not pressed. All the rights and contentions of the petitioner are reserved. 5.
Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
