This writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner/school, in accordance with law, to take action for retrenchment of the private respondent nos.1 to 6 in this petition, inasmuch as, on behalf of the petitioner/school it is contended that since the transport department of the petitioner/school has become unviable, hence retrenchment becomes necessary.

Without therefore in any manner opining on merits of the case one way or the other, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take action against the private respondent nos.1 to 6 in accordance with law and the provisions of Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. 3.
