The petitioner/MCD seeks to assail order dated 13.12.2023 of CGIT, Delhi. At the very outset, learned counsel for respondent pointed out that pleadings of the petitioner in para 4 (viii) at pdf page 33 are false to the effect that petitioner has not released the amount in dispute. Learned counsel for respondent produced a photocopy of the Demand Draft reflecting payment of the awarded amount to the respondent way back in the month of June, 2024, copy of the said Demand Draft is supplied to learned counsel for petitioner.

Learned counsel for petitioner expresses unawareness on this aspect and seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
